What we do

Not your typical group exercise class

Our kickboxing classes focus on teaching you proper technique, improving your strength and conditioning, and overall health and fitness. Our classes are full contact with standing bags and pad work.

However, our classes are not designed to turn you into a fighter. Our primary focus is to teach you something new while working out and having fun in a group setting.

Who this is for

Absolutely anyone!

  • You've wanted to try kickboxing but have no prior experience.
  • You've wanted to learn a new skill and exercise and get healthier simultaneously.
  • You want a workout with someone actually coaching you and teaching proper technique and form.
  • You'd rather train in a group setting than a crowded gym.
  • You are looking for a different kind of workout that you can stick to.

You don't need to be in shape to start. Getting in shape is part of the experience. Let us be part of your experience.

About

The coach is the person you talk to.

You are not signing up with a facility and getting handed to whoever is free. You are training with Cameron.

In his words

My journey in fitness and coaching began in 2018, when I started personal training and coaching. Since then, I've had the opportunity to work with people of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels, as well as teach a variety of group exercise classes.

In 2020, I began my journey into martial arts through kickboxing. Since then, I've trained in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Eight Points Muay Thai in Winston-Salem under Chris Clodfelter. Martial arts quickly taught me what my body is capable of, and it helped me push beyond what I thought my limits were.

As a coach, I believe in being grounded and personable above all else. Everyone comes into training with a different background, different goals, and different abilities. My goal is to meet people where they are, help them develop their skills, and create an environment where they can challenge themselves while still feeling comfortable being themselves.

Whether you are completely new to martial arts or have years of experience, I want training to be a place where you can learn, grow, and discover what you're capable of.
